A search for Pinoys with world class attributes was launched in Olongapo City.

Categories are as wide as sports, academe, theater, volunteer work, public service, entrepreneur, invention, discovery, arts, academics, value formation, professional (medicine, engineering, politics, law, manufacturing, construction, seafaring, entertainment, transportation, information technology, telecommunication, oil exploration/drilling, military, police, nursing, care giving, etc), anyone who has done heroic/highly commendable act, or anything under the sun; as long as it can be proven that the nominee possesses the Winning Global Pinoy attitude.

Anyone with Filipino blood, regardless of present nationality and present residence can be nominated.

Winners will be selected by accumulation of votes from pre-selected board of judges and votes which will come from texts, phone calls, emails and voting by internet.
