This year's entry of Olongapo City to the Regional Search for Most Functional Community Learning Resource Center is the Mini-Library of Barangay Banicain. Brgy Chairman Batapa took pride in welcoming the evaluators who concluded that the city's entry is indeed functional and child friendly.
