Victorino Quiton, Chief Executive Officer of Jemeryk Portal Systems Integration, Inc. hands to Olongapo City Mayor, James “Bong” Gordon, Jr. the Manuals and Documentation of the Public Assistance Tracking System, Volunteers Management System and Public Transport Color Coded Scheme during the turnover rites marking the formal opening of the Olongapo City ID Center. The center is equipped with high-end computer servers and devices to facilitate the processing and issuance of a unified Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) card for city residents.
