Gordon urges proper hygiene

SENATOR Richard Gordon advises students to maintain proper hygiene at all times to prevent the spread of the influenza A (H1N1) virus, which has already infected 21 people in the country.

The Department of Health has reported that the number of confirmed cases of Influenza A (H1N1) in the Philippines has risen to 21, with 26 new cases under observation.

“With the opening of classes in public schools, students are advised to maintain strong resistance against diseases by practicing proper hygiene at all times because this is one way to stop the spread of this dreaded virus,” Gordon said. By: Bernadette E. Tamayo - Journal online
