Its an old joke actually but yes indeed... there is good news today.. and you guess is right... the earlier forecast of "heavy rains and possible flooding this friday" is now changed to light rains and no flooding alert for Olongapo and Subic Bay area.

Good news for the Subic International Marathon this Saturday and the Subic Marian regatta festival this Sunday. Those who intends to volunteer in the Public Cemetery clean up this weekend in preparation for the November first event are advised that we will proceed as planned.
