‘GAPO ALL SET FOR PNP ENTRANCE AND PROMOTIONAL EXAMS

The NAPOLCOM Examination team has arrived in Olongapo City on November 4, 2010 to conduct an ocular inspection and visit to Olongapo City National High School (OCNHS) where the exams will be held for security plan, orientation briefing of proctors and personnel and tv appearance for information dissemination.

The team is headed by Assistant Regional Director Atty. Leonardo C. Guzman, Asst. Exam Administrator, with Central Office Representative Remedios Borejon, Chief Examiner and Olongapo Napolcom Director Ruben “Bong” Delos Santos, Exam Coordinator.

It can be recalled that Mayor James ‘’Bong’’ Gordon, Jr. personally arranged with the National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM)-Region 3 to conduct PNP examinations in the city in his desire to bring the Philippine National Police (PNP) Entrance and Promotional Examinations closer to Olongapo and Zambales residents who aspire to be a part of and be promoted in the PNP organization.

With the agreement reached by Mayor Bong Gordon and NAPOLCOM-Region 3 Director Raquel Q. Ramos, examinees for the PNP entrance and promotional exams need no longer go to the City of San Fernando in Pampanga, because Olongapo City is now the latest PNP Examination testing center in Central Luzon.

The simultaneous nationwide PNP Entrance and Promotional Examinations will be on Sunday, November 07, 2010 at the Olongapo City National High School (OCNHS), with an estimated one thousand two hundred (1,200) examinees from the city and the provinces of Zambales and Bataan.
