It's good for these young groups to be out and about, and enjoy themselves. These should be encourage to each students in public schools from elementary to high school to experience being on a brownie,cubscout,girlscout,boyscout adventures. I know the first complain of parents is "they can't afford the uniforms and Fees" this is a realistic problem, and how can we help this parents dilemna. We don't want a child left behind on scouting right?
We can encourage sponsorship from different business sectors from Bataan,Pampanga, Zambales and Olongapo.Especially Banks,most residents have bank accounts,the banks used peoples money in diferent ways and earned profits.They never ran out of money; what bank do you know that go bankrupt lately??? the answer is NONE. They should gave donations/charities back to Olongapo communities.

It's better if you put some descriptions/comment on what the activity is/ what is that test equipment and what are the boyscout trying to do.
Those hand signs are Gang signs you know and not appropriate for boyscouts.
And they should be wearing rubber shoes or at least sandals, lots of them are wearing slippers.
The group exercise looked like disorganized, but its a good start for beginners..
Team Building exercises and Leadership Skills.Like a group of four have assignment/project to do and do a presentation.
