JOBS FAIR ON FL ANNE GORDON’S BIRTHDAY!

In line with the celebration of FL Anne Gordon’s birthday, a massive Jobs Fair is slated on December 16, 2010 at the Rizal Triangle Multi-Purpose Covered Court from 9:00 o’clock in the morning until 3:00 o’clock in the afternoon.

“Ang pagkakaroon ng ganitong oportunidad ay dapat nating tangkilikin, dahil minsan lang ito dumadating” FL Anne Gordon stressed.

Various job opportunities await the applicants. Ninety three (93) employers have confirmed to join the job fair from local to overseas positions, said Atty. Gene Perez, head of Public Employment Service Office (PESO).

‘’Karamihan ng mga local jobs ay para sa mga factory workers at hotel positions samantalang para sa overseas naman ay kailangan ng mga skilled workers at hotel and management positions,”added Atty. Perez.

Overseas jobs in Canada, Australia, Guam, Dubai, Bahrain are just some of the choices.

Interested applicants are advised to prepare the following requirements:

-Resume with 2x2 picture

-Birth certificate (authenticated)

-Transcript of records/ Diploma

-NBI/Police Clearance

-Certificate of Employment

-Passport (for overseas applicants)

The 2010 Job Fair is made possible by the city government of Olongapo and the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) which is also celebrating its 77th anniversary.
