BUSINESS PERMIT SEASON

The Business Permit and Licensing Office (BPLO) headed by Neal C. Perez, Quality Mgt. Representative , Business One Stop Shop has issued guidelines and procedures to secure business permit, occupational permit, vessel or bicycle permit and business retirement for the utmost convenience of the taxpayers.

“For expeditious transaction of the taxpayers, each applicant form is attached with a Turn Around Time Tracking sheet to ensure that the steps, processing, and standard processing time of at least 30 minutes, is strictly attended to by the customer service personnel,” remarked Neal C. Perez, head of BPLO.

Taxpayers are provided with free coffee and mineral water while at the air-conditioned taxpayers lounge waiting to pay required fees at 14 pay windows in line with Mayor Bong Gordon’s policy of treating taxpayers as VIPs (Very Important Person).

Payment deadline for business taxes are as follows;

1st Quarter - January 31

2nd Quarter - April 20

3rd Quarter - July 20

4th Quarter - October 20

“The Business One Stop Shop (B.O.S.S.) commits to adhere to ISO standards and statutory requirements and to continually improve its quality management system, processes and programs in order to ensure that its services result in total citizen care and satisfaction, is the quality policy of Olongapo City,” added Perez.
