Olongapo City - Janelle Esconde, BPI-DOST 2011 Science Award winner

Janelle Esconde received a cash incentive amounting to five thousand pesos (P5,000) for winning the BPI-DOST 2011 Science Award for her project "Low-Cost Computer-Based Surveillance Inspector for Baguio City Bomb Squad Department".
