Olongapo City - Cash Incentives for Bb. Olongapo 2011 & Ms. Bikini Philippines 2011 winners

Mayor James Gordon Jr. gave cash incentives to the winners of Binibining Olongapo 2011 and Miss Bikini Philippines 2011 yesterday, June 6 during the flag ceremony at Rizal Triangle Multi-Purpose Covered Court.
