Olongapo City - Peace Corps Volunteer

Mayor Bong Gordon welcomes the US Peace Corps volunteers on September 19, during the flag raising ceremony.  They are Lucy Craft, Steven Sierra, Kevin Matlock and Rachel Kooy.
