Delay in Subic project may effect revenues—BCDA exec

Olongapo City officials, particularly Councilor Ed Piano, opposes the location of the toll-road project owing to location considerations. He said proponents can still continue the project in Redondo Peninsula in Zambales, where the councilor said more Zambales and Bataan residents will benefit from it.
