Gang of 13 busted

OLONGAPO CITY – The luck of 13 elusive members of the Mactan Robbery Group has ran out after the other since last week by police in Central Luzon.
Sr. Supt. Abe Villacorta, Olongapo City police director, identified the first seven arrested suspects in Barangay Barretto, this city as Erickson m. dela Cruz, 18, alleged gang leader and resident of Dinalupihan Bataan; Erwin Castro, 18; Andriano Satojito, 19; Randy Lumagbas, 24; Maria Editha Gabaldon, 22; one “Maricel”, 16; and one “Marcia”, 16.
Except for Dela Cruz, all the suspects are residents of Mactan, Old Cabalan, Olongapo City.
A second group composed of Alexis Devera, 18; Mynard Losanta, 18; Joan Sarmiento, 18; Darwin Mark Dequiros, 18; and two other females aged 15, was arrested by police.
