2008 CITY FIESTA QUEEN 3RD CANVASSING
The 2008 City Fiesta Executive Committee is again inviting all Olongapeños for the upcoming 3rd canvassing of the 2008 City Fiesta Queen Contest.
The 3rd canvassing with the theme, ‘Retro Night’ will be held at the Rizal Triangle Multi-Purpose Covered Court on Friday December 12, 2008.
Everyone is eyeing for Priscilla Kimberly Dela Cruz, Brgy. Barretto candidate if she will win again and get the Ms. Retro Night title and the top plum 2008 City Fiesta Queen title. It can be recalled that she topped the first and second canvassings which made her the Ms. Philippine Festival and Ms. Wild, Wild West.
Just like in the first and second canvassings, there will be special presentations. The best special presentation by a barangay with their respective candidate and Brgy. Chair will be awarded.
“ I hope this year’s city fiesta queen contest will be able to raise a substantial amount to support indigent Olongapeños through the Philhealth and Scholarship Program of Mayor James Gordon, Jr. ,” Executive Committee Chairperson Ellen Dabu said.
