OLONGAPO CITY RECENTLY PASSED AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE MANUFACTURE, SALE, DISTRIBUTION, POSSESSION AND USE OF FIRECRACKERS OR PYROTECHNIC DEVICES AND SUCH OTHER SIMILAR DEVICES AND CAUSING THE EXPLOSION OF THE SAME OR OTHER SIMILAR EXPLOSIVES WITHIN THE TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF OLONGAPO CITY
