OLONGAPO POLICEMEN & WOMEN RECOGNIZED DURING PNP DAY

The Olongapo City Police Office (OCPO) celebrated the 18th PNP Anniversary over the weekend at Camp Lt. Gen. Manuel F. Cabal in Barretto.

Highlighting the celebration was the recognition of outstanding job performances of units and individuals in the Olongapo police force. The awards were presented by Hon. Anne Marie C. Gordon, Vice Governor of Zambales, who was guest of honor and speaker, assisted by PSSupt. Abelardo P. Villacorta, PNP City Director and Vice Mayor Cynthia G. Cajudo.

Unit awardees were Police Station 1 as Police Station of the Year; Health Dental Service is Best PNP Support Unit; and Olongapo City Mobile Group as Best Operational Unit of the Year.

Thirteen individual awards were also given as follows:

Senior PNCO of the Year in the Field of Operation
8. PO3 Carlito M. Ballon, Jr.
Junior PNCO of the Year in the Field of Administration
9. SPO1 Rogelio F. Gregorio
Junior PNCO of the Year in the Field of Operation
10. PO3 Mary Ann E. Sadaba
Policewoman of the Year in the Field of Administration
11. PO3 Shirley B. Mostoles
Policewoman of the Year in the Field of Operation

Special Operation PNCO of the Year (EOD Technician)
13. NUP Marichu O. Olea
Outstanding NUP of the Year

These awards acknowledged the contributions and exemplary performance of the units and individuals in carrying out their tasks.
