HUNDREDS AVAIL OF BONGGAPO HOMES
A month after the grand launching of Bonggapo Homes, Mayor James “Bong” Gordon, Jr. is pleased to announce the positive response from both the private and public sector that only 143 units are available for sale.
“From a total of 311 available units, 168 units have already been reserved,” according to Aileen Mae Lomotos, collection staff of Fiesta Communities, Inc. in Olongapo.
It can be recalled that Mayor James “Bong” Gordon, Jr. has offered a 2% discount from the actual price of the house and lot package as added incentive. “The discount is computed based on the actual value of the chosen house and lot. The amount is then deducted from the processing fee, which is reflected as added savings for the buyer,” shares Gordon.
As of April 13, 38 government employees (teachers, policemen, firemen and city government employees); 18 employees of private companies; 34 employees of Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority; 19 Overseas Filipino Workers, and 7 self-employed individuals have availed of a house and lot either through in-house financing or Pag-IBIG housing loan.
“I’m urging the public to take advantage of this affordable housing project,” Gordon said.
Bonggapo Homes is the first low-cost housing project in Olongapo City. This is a project of Mayor Gordon in partnership with Hausland Development Corporation under Fiesta Communities, Inc.
Prospective buyers can reserve a unit for only P5,000.00 for row houses and P10,000.00 for single detached units.
