PESO HOLDS A SERIES OF RECRUITMENT ACTIVITY

The Olongapo City Government through the Public Employment Services Office (PESO) is continuing its series of special recruitment activity (SRA) with additional two recruitment agencies and a local call center company.

Eye Quest International Manpower Services, Inc. is looking for Factory Workers bound for Taiwan and interview is on June 23, 2009.

Meanwhile, Farland Personnel Management Corporation will hold a one-day SRA on June 26, 2009 for Crane Operators, Pipe Fabricators, Welders, Technicians, Supervisors and Foremen, for deployment in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

“It is really advantageous for our constituents because they no longer have to go to Manila to file their applications,” said Mayor James “Bong” Gordon, Jr. “Tipid na sa gastos, tipid pa sa oras, sigurado pang hindi illegal recruitment,” dagdag pa niya.”

A two-day SRA for NCO Call Center is scheduled on June 22-23 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm at the Olongapo City Convention Center. Interested applicants are advised to be ready to undergo testing and interview.

Applicants may go to the PESO, City Hall Complex for pre-screening and more information.

“Through SRAs, local and overseas employers can reach a wider audience in their search for the best skills and talents,” Gordon said in closing.
