BB. OLONGAPO 2009 CANDIDATES (Part 1)

The latest batch of candidates of Bb. Olongapo 2009 was presented recently at the flag raising ceremony of City Gov’t. officials and employees at the Rizal Triangle Multi-Purpose Center. Fifteen candidates comprise this year’s batch who will vie for the crown and represent the city in the different beauty pageants around the country.

The following are the candidates of Bb. Olongapo 2009:

1. Uniffer P. Oda

Uniffer P. Oda is from Brgy. Sta. Rita, Olongapo City. ‘Yuni’ studies at Celtech College and is taking up Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She loves to sing. Her favorite sports is badminton.

Yuni keeps her body fit through proper diet. She believes in the quote ‘Simplicity is the best beauty’. She wants to finish her studies and to become a nurse someday.

To her, Dennis Trillo is the sexiest man alive and her ideal beauty queen is Melanie Marquez.

Her vital statistics are 31 25-32.


2. Alyza Karen E. Querubin

Alyza Karen E. Querubin is from Barangay Sta. Rita. She describes herself to have 3B’s beauty, brain and body . She studies in Subic Bay College Inc. and is taking up Computer Secretarial. Her

hobbies include singing and dancing. Her favorite sports is badminton.

Yen keeps her body fit through proper diet. She believes that ‘Dreams do happen’ and has adopted it as her life’s motto. Someday she wants to travel around the world and become a successful businesswoman.

Her vital statistics are 33 ½- 27 1/2- 34.


3. Cristaline Ruyo

Cristaline Ruyo is from Brgy. Mabayuan. She is currently studying at St. Benilde Center for Global Competence taking up Tourism Hotel and Restaurant Operation. She describes herself as simple, tall and pretty. Her hobbies include texting and playing badminton. Her favorite sports is badminton.

Cristal keeps her body fit by eating a balanced diet. She believes in the saying ‘time is gold’. She wants to become a model someday.

She considers Leonardo Di Caprio as the sexiest man alive and her ideal beauty queen is former Bb. Pilipinas Precious Lara Quigaman.

Her vital statistics are 35 1/2-29-35 1/2.



4. Maria Kristel A. Empeño

Maria Kristel A. Empeño is from Brgy. New Kalalake. She is currently studying at University of the Philippines, Los Baños taking up BS Sociology. She describes herself as optimistic, exceptional and God-fearing. Her hobbies include reading, dancing and watching TV. Her favorite sports are chess and badminton.

Tey keeps her body fit by eating healthy foods and exercise. She believes that ‘the journey to a thousand mile begins with a single step’. She wants to become a beauty queen and a businesswoman someday.

She considers Tom Cruise as the sexiest man alive and she looks up to former Miss Universe 1st runner-up, Miriam Quiambao as her ideal beauty queen.

Her vital statistics are 33-28-34 1/2.


5. Marvelyn D. Molina

Marvelyn D. Molina is from Brgy. East Bajac-Bajac. She describes herself as friendly, simple and responsible. She studies in Gordon College and is taking up BS Accountancy. She spends her spare time reading Accounting books. Her favorite sports is volleyball.

Marvie keeps her body fit through dancing. “Be Positive” is what she believes in. Someday she wants to become a successful Certified Public Accountant.

Her vital statistics are 31 ½- 26- 34 1/2.
