Flood warning for Olongapo residents

Residents at low lying barangays and flood prone areas are advised to prepare for flooding from Monday to Tuesday night... with possibility that it could be worst than what we have experienced Sunday.

This writer noticed that floodings happened around 3am Sunday notwithstanding the fact that it was very near the lowest tide prediction of 0.36m at 4:16am

HEAVY RAINS

"Heavy rain (total 303mm), heaviest during Tuesday night"

Now with forecast of heavier rains Monday with heaviest Tuesday night and tide calendar predicting high tides at 11:49 AM @ 0.91m Monday and 0.82m Tuesday night, prudence dictates that we have to be prepared.

Take note that rains will be heavy Sunday night (47mm), Monday night (48mm) and Tuesday night (49mm)
