Get those unbrellas ready tonight until tomorrow

Weather forecasting services expect rains starting tonight and will continue until tomorrow. We might experience a wet mardigras in Olongapo followed by a relatively dry All Saint's day celebration.
Typhoon “Santi" (international name: Mirinae), the fourth cyclone to enter the Philippine area of responsibility in October, has maintained winds of 150kph and is expected to hit provinces in Central Luzon on Saturday morning while bringing rains and winds to Olongapo-Subic Bay area.
