Olongapo Students shine at International Math Contest
A contingent from Olongapo City participated in the Philippine International Math Contest held at Ilo-Ilo City. 120 competitors from all over the country participated to prove thier wizardy in mathematics.
Below students raised the Olongapo Flag, emerged winners and received 4,000 cash with additional 2,000 for their coaches:
1. Grade 6 - Riana Mineato

Mayor Gordon for his part turned-over a P100,000 empowerment fund to DepEd to ensure continuity in the city's educational programs.
During the said activity, the city librarian extended appreciation to Donors of Library materials:
Emalyn Daduya – 15 pieces of Nursing Magazines
Roberto Daduya – 2 pieces of wireless router
Gerardo Bada & Family – 62 pieces of assorted Law Books
