SKILLS TRAINING CENTER PRODUCED MORE THAN 10,000 GRADUATES

The Olongapo City Skills Training Center has produced more than 10,000 graduates in a span of just three years since it started in 2006.

This was revealed by Mayor James “Bong” Gordon, Jr. in his HELPS (health, housing, education, environment, labor, livelihood, peace and order, social welfare and sports) accomplishment report.

Of the total number of graduates, 9,248 were welders while 80 were trainees of call center training and 1,165 acquired cyber skills.

The Skills Training Center was also established thru the support of Senator Richard Gordon who donated welding machines and computer units that the trainees use.
Interested enrollees may visit the third floor of the Olongapo City Hall or call 222-5401 local 4229.
