Olongapo City Arts and Culture Council

The Olongapo City Arts and Culture Council convened at the Session Hall of the Olongapo City Hall on September 13, 2010. Part of the meeting was the discussion on the functions and purpose of the council. Councilor Eduardo Piano, chairman of the committee spearheaded the said meeting with Councilors Gina Perez, Tet Marzan and Edna Elane.
