Olongapo City Delfin “Totoy” Juico turned 77


Secretary to the Mayor of Olongapo City Delfin “Totoy” Juico turned 77 last July 18, 2011. Mayor James “Bong" Gordon, Jr. , First lady Anne Gordon and city government employees & officials honored him with a simple birthday party at the FMA Hall of City Hall. Fondly called "Totoy" by relatives & friends, Juico is the longest-serving Olongapo government employee, having started his career as an executive assistant to then Mayor James "Leonard" Gordon in 1963.
