An administrative aide from the Office of the City Mayor of Olongapo is representing the Philippines in the Intellectual Property (IP) HELP DESK Seminar in Singapore on November 29- December 1, 2011.

IP Philippines Director General Atty. Ricardo Blancaflor and Olongapo First Lady Anne Gordon, together with the officers from the Bureau of trademarks, IP Field Operators Unit, led the launching.
IP is an asset that any person can own, sell or license; discreet types of IP are patents, design, trademark and copyrights that obtain from creativity and innovation.
Mayor Gordon added that his administration is “committed to give not only department heads but also rank and file employee the opportunities they deserve for their professional advancement and to ensure that the city government could provide the best possible service to the public.”
