Earlier this afternoon, reports were received that a body of a male person was found at the river in Brgy Kalalake (encircled in below map) , rescue operatives rushed to the scene and the family of Ariel delos Santos requested to proceed to the area to identify the body...
The family confirmed that it was indeed Ariel. The body was brought to Flores Funeral Parlor in Brgy Mabayuan.
Ariel Delos Santos, 15, of Purok 5 Barangay Old Cabalan, Olongapo City, were listed as missing after being swept by strong current caused by flooding last June 20. Olongapo Rescuers conducted search and rescue operation at the five kilometer stretch of Sta Rita River but failed to locate the boy.
