SBMA lines up more attractions for visitors

Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority -- “Rain or shine” the show must go on. Despite what the weather may still business must go on at the Bay Area, a come ons to boost its tourism potentials all year round.
Subic Freeport promises an action packed August to wit: the Coca-Cola Basketball Gimik sa Subic – where basketball players from the Bay Area and Olongapo City will have their chance playing among the country’s hard court players at the Subic Gym; 30th Milo Marathon Regional Race – where 12,000 runners from the regions are expected to join that will kick off on the 13th of August, it can accommodate huge crowds as proven during the SEA Games;
The First Ever Tricycle Drag Racing -- a competition first of its kind that run along the DeweyAvenue on the 26 of August to be participated among local tricycle drivers in a one-on-one drag race; Subic Bay Mardi Gras – a most colorful street parties ever seen inside this premier Freeport, along with Gay Pride Parade ’06 another first in Subic along the Waterfron Road on 18th of August; and lastly the Feast of San Roque – this is in honor of the Patron Saint of Subic Bay Freeport, a French patron saint of the sick.
