Vizcocho, Jr. (nasa kanang bahagi ni Mayor Gordon) nitong ika- 31 ng Enero 2007 sa Unity Masonic Temple, Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Olongapo City. Kasama rin sa larawan sina Installing Officer Ricardo Otero (nasa kaliwang bahagi ni Mayor Gordon) at R3-C District Deputy Grandmaster Opiniano Jaime.
