Governor padlocks planning office
IBA, Zambales – a local chief executive here yesterday ordered the closure of the Provincial Planning Development Office (PPDO) for lack of performance for the past two years.
The PPDO headed by Lawag Bata with 15 personnel holds office at the provincial capitol.
Zambales Governor Amor Deloso ordered the closure of PPDO for its failure to comply to submit the plan study of soil analysis requested by the British Ethanol where the province will earn $2 million.
Affected civil service eligible PPDO employees will be transferred to another department.
“The trend now of the government is not privilege of the rank, but privilege of performance,” Deloso said
