CITY FIESTA QUEEN PRESENTATION


Mayor James “Bong” Gordon, Jr. formally introduced to City Govt. employees and officials 2009 City Fiesta Queen Jocelyn Niro of West Bajac-Bajac, First Princess Jewel Anne S. Tan of Brgy. Asinan and Third Princess Rose Mabini of West Bajac-Bajac on January 6, 2010 at the Rizal Triangle Covered Court. With the help of Phil-Chinese Chamber of Commerce, Niro was able to raise a total amount of P120, 127. 20 after the 3rd and last canvassing held last December 16, 2009. Tan placed second with P110,011.25 raised with the support of Soroptimists International. Charmaine Smith (not in the photo) of Gordon Heights came in at third place with P107,705.00 with the help of the Free and Accepted Masons. In fourth place was Mabini with the help of Subic Bay Resorts Association who raised a total of P92, 532.75. The funds raised by the 2009 Fiesta Executive Committee headed by Olongapo City First Lady and Zambales Vice Gov. Anne Marie Gordon will be used to support different programs for education (scholarship), health (Philhealth Indigent Programs and medical/dental assistance) and livelihood program for the urban poor.
