BRGY BANICAIN DAY CARE CENTERS I,II AND III COMMENCEMENT EXERCISES

Mayor James “Bong” Gordon Jr. takes time off from his busy schedule at the Olongapo City Hall to personally hand over diplomas to the city’s little achievers at the Brgy. Banicain Day Care Centers I, II, and III Commencement Exercises held last March 15, 2010 headed by the City Social Welfare and Development Office and Brgy. Captain Zar Batapa.
