Cadastral Survey is a lot survey which measures the length of the lot and determines who the owner is. This aims at measuring boundaries of lots, barangays, municipalities, provinces, and Forest Area which canl be the basis for land titling. With this, land titling process will be much easier. In addition, problems regarding land boundaries will be easier to resolve.
The process is easy to follow. Prepare necessary documents such as tax declaration or Miscellaneous Sales Application and present it to the AB Surveying and Development team that will visit your place. The cadastral survey project is FREE!
