Olongapo City - Rose Alhambra, one of the 10 outstanding Red Cross Youth Volunteer of the Philippines


Irish Alhambra received a cash incentive amounting to two thousand pesos for being recognized as one of the 10 Outstanding Red Cross Youth Volunteers of the Philippines.
