Innove Communications Inc., a subsidiary of Globe Telecom recently launched its Speak and Surf services to the locators and residents of the Subic Bay Freeport.

Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) chairman Feliciano Salonga said, Innove have the Freeport a competitive edge.

"In this fast changing world, the necessity of having a modern communications system gives us an advantage over other economic areas," Salonga said.

He said that locators and residents were given more choices with the entry of Innove into the Subic market.

"Our residents and locators are now given a choice between the different companies that offer phone and Internet services," Salonga added.

On the other hand, Raquel Cagurangan, Innove's chief administrative officer, said the services offered at the Freeport were specially designed for the locator's business needs and resident's communications needs.

"The system and plans we are offering today were specially laid out for the Freeport consumers, making sure that these services are inter-operable with the outside world," Cagurangan said.

She said that Innove was committed to deliver innovative total wireline communications solutions.

"As an integrated wireline voice and data services, Innove offers unmatchable benefits.
