Gapo Resto sa US

Isang Filipino restaurant na pagmamay-ari ng dalawang (2) Olongapeño ang binuksan kamakailan sa National City, California, USA.

Proud sina Olongapo City Mayor James ‘’Bong’’ Gordon, Jr. at Zambales Vice-Governor at Olongapo First Lady Anne Gordon nang dumalo sa Ribbon-Cutting rites ng naturang Pinoy restaurant.

Pinangunahan nina Mayor Bong at Vice Gov. Ann ang ribbon-cutting na takda ng opisyal na pagbubukas ng restaurant na pinangalanang “Gapo Resto”.

Tubong Olongapo na naninirahan sa Amerika na sina Ross at Emma Balabad ang nagmamay-ari nito na pawang mga Filipino dishes ang pangunahing mga pagkaing sini-serve ng ‘’Gapo Resto’’.

Ayon sa mga owners, ito ay para sa mga Pilipinong nasa Amerika na nananabik sa pagkaing Pinoy at mga dayuhang nais tikman ang sarap ng pagkaing Pinoy.

Kasama rin sa okasyon sina National City Mayor Ron Morrison at Olongapo-USA Association President Connie Leyva.
