Solon fails to link exec to smuggling

By: Ryan Ponce Pacpaco - TONIGHT

ZAMBALES Rep. Milagros Magsaysay apparently has no evidence to link Port of Cebu officials to car smuggling. This developed after Magsaysay failed to pin the blame of the influx of hot cars on Port of Cebu District Collector Ricardo Belmonte during the hearing conducted by House committee on good government. During the hearing, LTO officials also failed to explain the increase in number of registered car in Cebu and Toledo City in 2007.
