MAYOR GORDON HELPS 14-YEAR OLD STUDENT

A fourteen year-old student after involved in a vehicular accident recently is one of the latest beneficiaries of Mayor James “Bong” Gordon, Jr.’s assistance. Jonas Roner C. Talosig, a third year student from Olongapo City National High School (OCNHS) was injured after the jeep he was riding on the way to school collided with a truck at the Old Cabalan highway.

OCNHS Principal Helen Aggabao wrote to Mayor Gordon and asked for help, especially on Talosig’s dental needs because after the accident, several of his teeth was left with impacts.

After he received the letter, Mayor Gordon referred Jonas’ case to City Dentist Dr. Donald Vigo.

“Sinagot ni Mayor Gordon ang dental treatment, complete medical needs at iba pang health needs ni Talosig lalo na ang dentures dahil nasira ang ilan niyang ngipin,” said Vigo.

Talosig and his parents thanked Mayor Gordon for his help and support.

“Ang inyo pong tulong sa amin ay tatanawin naming napakalaking utang na loob magpakailanman . Masayang-masaya po kami na tinutulungan po ninyo ang inyong mga constituents lalo na ang mga mahihirap, “ said Romeo Talosig, Jonas’ father.

For more information regarding the dental services offered by the city government , visit the City Dentist’s Office at the ground floor of the Olongapo City Hall. This is part of Mayor Gordon’s Dental Health Program for Olongapeños.
