ALIVE MADRASAH CLASSES

The Department of Education (DepEd) recently launched the ‘Alive Madrasah Classes’ in the city. The program aims to educate the Muslim youth about the culture, history and values of Islam.

Classes are held on Saturdays and Sundayswhich focus on the values and the culture of Islam and the Arabic language.

Mayor James ‘Bong’ Gordon Jr. commended this DepEd undertaking. “Congratulations! Let us be the model city para sa harmonious relationship between Christians and Muslims.”
