‎2011 R - 138 - A Resolution Authorizing the Honorable City Mayor James Gordon, Jr. to Negotiate, Secure, Enter, Execute and Sign an Agreement and Necessary Instruments for a Supplemental Loan of Seventy Two Million and Five Hundred Thousand Pesos with the Development Bank of the Philippines to Address the Additional Costs for the Sanitary Landfill Development Program Brought About by the Recent Collapse/Landslide in the Existing Open Dumpsite Due to Typhoon Pedring in a Manner Consistent with Law.
