Dad files counter charges

An Olongapo City councilor has filed a complaint before the Department of Interior and Local Government against as employee of a former vice mayor who accused him of sexual harassment.

In a three-page affidavit, Councilor Noel Yabut Atienza denied the allegations and claimed the harassment case files against him is politically motivated.

Atienza filed counter-charges of false testimony, perjury and incriminating an innocent person against Ester Rabago.

The local officer personally brought the complaint to the DILG and urge the department to immediately look into the issue because it would affect his performance.

“This is a mere demolition job,” Atienza said
