Pagpapatalsik sa isang be-medaled precinct commander, hinarang ng konseho
Isang resolusyong layong pigilin ang hindi makatarungang pagpapatalsik kay Police Inspector Bolina ang ipinasa ng sangguniang panlungsod ng Olongapo sa nakaraan session sa city hall.
Resolution no. 20 (series of 2006) entitled: A Resolution Requesting The Philippine National Police Regional Director To Hold In Abeyance The Order Of Transfer Of P/Insp Felipe Pillionar Bolina, Precinct Commander, Police Station 6, Barangay Barretto, Olongapo City And Expressing Confidence And Support In His Person As A Bemedaled Officer And A Gentleman
Kasabay ng naturang resolusyon ay ang pag-kondena kay Cong. Mitos Magsaysay dahil sa di katanggap-tanggap na pag trato niya sa hanay ng kapulisan, ayon sa resolusyon . . . “Zambales Representative Milagros Magsaysay allegedly, suddenly barged into the Barretto Police Station last 18 February 2006 hurling clearly unfounded and baseless accusations, invectives and conjectures against P/Insp Bolina and Olongapo City Police Director Florencio Buentipo; said Member of the House of Representatives threatened P/Insp Bolina that he will answer to the Regional Director-PNP”
Matapos ang pagbabanta ni Magsaysay ay bigla na lamang naglabas ng order ang PNP Regional Director na pinapatalsik sa pwesto si Inspector Bolina, na syang nagbunsod sa konseho ng Olongapo na umaksyon upang mapigil ang hindi makatarungang hakbang.
