CITY FIESTA RAFFLE WINNERS
Through the initiative of Mayor James “Bong” Gordon, Jr., the Olongapo City Fiesta Raffle Draw was held on May 18, 2008 at the Session Hall of City Hall.
Led by 2007 Olongapo City Fiesta Committee Chairperson City Councilor Gie Baloy, the said raffle draw, although postponed for some months, brought joy to the lucky winners.
For Public Draw, a brand new scooter went to first prize winner Joel Calpo of 11th St., Upper Mabayuan. Alvin Cordova of 89 Roosevelt, Dinalupihan, Bataan got the Entertainment Showcase having won as 2nd prize winner while Richard Cartagenas of Iram, New Cabalan obtained the 3rd prize, winning a Kitchen Showcase.
Meanwhile, Bernie Rivera of the Public Utilities Department took home P25,000 cash for winning first prize in the City Fiesta Raffle Draw for city government employees. 2nd prize went to Ruben Pailip of Market and Slaughter taking home P10,000 cash while Lucita Rivera of the City Treasurer’s Office got the third prize with P5,000 cash.
Twenty more lucky winners also won Gift Certificates worth P2,000 from Royal Duty Free Shopping, namely:
