WANTED: CALL CENTER AGENTS

Two leading call center companies in the Philippines will be holding a call center career fair in Olongapo this July, according to Public Employment Service Office (PESO).

NCO will conduct their search for qualified applicants on July 30 and 31 at 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Public Employment Service Office at the back part of city hall.

Applicants must have excellent English communication skills, aged 18 and up, at least high school graduate and computer literate.

An established company, NCO offers first-rate compensation and benefits such as basic salary of up to ₧14,000, 20% night differential, paid training, meal benefit, recreational facilities, regularization and performance-based incentives, loyalty programs, referral bonuses and medical and life insurance.

PeopleSupport will also be conducting their job recruitment activity on July 21 and 22 at 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. also at the Public Employment Service Office (PESO).

Applicants need not have experience in a call center, as long as they are excellent in English communication.

Since their office is in Makati, PeopleSupport also offers free accommodation to hired applicants. Compensation and benefits includes relocation bonus, sign-on bonus for selected accounts and a salary of ₧25,000 and up.

Interested applicants for PeopleSupport may report to the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) on the given dates. PESO is located at the back of Olongapo City Hall.
