FIESTA QUEEN 2008 2ND CANVASSING
The Olongapo City 2008 Fiesta Executive Committee is inviting all Olongapeños to the 2nd Canvassing of the Fiesta Queen 2008 Search on Friday November 14, 2008 at the Rizal Triangle Multi-Purpose Covered Court.
Just like the previous canvassing, the committee has prepared a program, this time with the theme, “Wild Wild West Night”. The 17 candidates of the different barangays are expected to be at their best during the canvassing because part of the program is the talent presentation.
The first part of the talent presentation was held during the first canvassing, the second and third part of the talent competition will continue on Friday.
The Ms. Wild, Wild West title will be awarded to the most well-dressed candidate with a costume related to the theme.
The City Fiesta Queen 2008 Search aims to support indigents through the Philhealth and Scholarship programs of Mayor James “Bong” Gordon, Jr.
Aside from education and health , Mayor Gordon also focuses on livelihood, sports, and peace and order, as well.
