Next on Bb. Olongapo Pageant

Just a few days after they wowed the audience at the Talent Presentation held at Oriental Paradise Casino, Subic Bay Freeport Zone, this year’s candidates of Bb. Olongapo Pageant are now set to earn the approbations of environmentalists as well as they get mired and dirty cleaning-up the vicinity of Rizal Avenue, starting from the Olongapo City Hall to the Olongapo City Convention Center on October 10, 2009.

“ Thru this City Clean-Up Activity, we want to relay the message that the Olongapeñas, whom the Bb. Olongapo Candidates represent, are not only women of character and good looks but are also advocates of cleanliness and environmental protection,” said Olongapo First Lady and Zambales Vice-Governor Anne Marie Gordon, an avid supporter of the pageant and of the plight of women and children, in general.

After the clean-up drive, Bb. Olongapo Candidates will be given lessons on Personality Development and Oral Communication on the same day, to prepare them for the Grand Pageant Night wherein they will be judged not only for their elegance and exquisiteness but also for their personalities and intelligence.

On October 17, the candidates will be pre-judged and the lovely ladies will parade off their beauties as they motorcade around the city on October 23, 2009 as promotion for the Grand Pageant Night the following day.

The lovely lady who will be crowned as Bb. Olongapo on the Grand Pageant Night will officially represent the city in various national level beauty pageants.
