New management team for Legenda in Subic
Kelvin Flynn, the appointed liquidator by the High Court of Hong Kong for Legend International Resorts Inc. (LIRL) for the Legenda Hotel and Casinos (LHC) at the Subic Bay Freeport, announced last July 13 the termination of the services of Khoo Boo Boon as chief executive officer (CEO) of Legenda Hotel effective last Sunday.
In his letter of termination to Khoo, Flynn said Khoo no longer has the authority to act or purport to act on behalf of LIRL or give any instructions to any official or employee of the LHC.
Flynn appointed Martin Yupangco of Alvarez & Marsal Asia Limited to lead the new management and operations team.
Khoo was directed by Flynn to return all properties of LIRL in his possession to the team headed by Yupangco. (Yul Malicse - Manila Bulletin)
