TRS circuit car racing class opens Saturday
The Tuason Racing School begins its Circuit Car Racing Class for enthusiasts on Saturday at the Subic Bay Freeport.
The country’s first and only racing school offers basic and advance courses designed to develop future motorsports champions.
The basic course for beginners is a combination of theoretical and hands-on training designed to teach them the fundamentals of driving a circuit car.
The advanced circuit car class takes students to a higher level of training by exposing them to the intricacies of vehicle dynamics and advanced racing techniques such as race-start procedures, passing and braking.
Students are expected to become comfortable in a race car and drive it at a faster pace.
TRS was established in 1999 by JP Tuason, a former karting champion and son of racing legend Arthur Tuason.
