Money-go-round

After paying the Cayetano law firm P2-million acceptance fees for each of the two directors, or a total of P4 million, Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority Administrator Armand Arreza now plans to recoup the legal expenses by imposing parking fees within the Subic Freeport Zone with Manila-like rates, at P20 for the first two hours and P10 per hour thereafter.
